Adjust Name, title, email and phone numbers, to see the preview signature on the right.
Then follow the instructions below depending on the device you are setting the account up on.
iPhone/iPad
Tap this button.
On the iPhone, open the Settings app.
Swipe down and choose Mail.
Swipe down and tap Signature.
Find the signature that corresponds to the correct account and tap inside the textbox
Select "Paste" to paste the copied html into the textbox (you should see a changed version of the signature appear)
IMPORTANT: Shake your device until a dialog appears saying "Undo Change Attributes" (Yup, not kidding. You need to shake your phone)
Hit "Undo" on the dialog. You should see the correct version of the signature appear in the textbox.
Click the home button on your device to finish.
iPhone/iPad for Microsoft 365/Office 365/Outlook 365
Tap this button.
On the iPhone, open the Settings app.
Swipe down and choose Mail.
Swipe down and tap Signature.
Find the signature that corresponds to the correct account and tap inside the textbox
Select "Paste" to paste the copied html into the textbox (you should see a couple of dashes appear)
IMPORTANT: Shake your device until a dialog appears saying "Undo Change Attributes" (Yup, not kidding. You need to shake your phone)
Hit "Undo" on the dialog (the textbox should look empty, but it isn't)
